Hi what does one have to do to receive an answer in regards to warranty on a Tevo Tornado 3 D printer. I have tried to contact Tevo Support, Tevo Sales, on four occasions but no reply has been received (even in my junk mail),
Has this organization gone bankrupt ? are they still in business? as no support has been given to me
since purchasing this Printer. NO after sales service ???
