Hello, I am Joy From Kolkata (India). As you understand by my title that I’m looking for some tips about early morning workout training.
I have decided to start training early morning which is why I woke up at 5 am and drink the premade shake containing 1/3 cup oats,1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 cup milk and a few ice cube immediately after waking up. After that, I get a shower and ready to go Morning gym in Kolkata.
Every day I finished my gym in between 7-7.15 and have a shake containing 1 scoop protein and 1 scoop glycocarb.
So my question is
- How does my pre-workout and post-workout look to you? Have I needed any change with that routine?
- Is there any benefits you can think when it comes to early morning training?
- Am I spend too much time to digest my pre-workout shake?
