I’m new to the site. I purchased several (7) digital files around the same time in a single day. My credit card shows 9 Pinshape transactions for that day; I was charged twice for two of the files. No one at Pinshape has returned any of my multiple emails or answered the phone. Can anyone here help me?
I myself would see if I could contact them through here. If that doesn’t work, you’re best off seeing if you can call them and discus it over the phone. Sorry that this worlds gotta have some bad bugs in it.
