Download not working

Am new to pinshape, but I don’t think that is the problem. I click on the ‘Free’ button for a file but all I get is a pop-up windows with a rotating timer.
Firefox on SUSE Leap 15 …
Inspect Element allows me to bypass the timer and access the files direct but obviously not the right way to do things.

OK been out and back in again and it seems to have fixed it.

Try disabling ad blocker. It worked for me.
