Hello everyone,
I own a be3d DeeGreen 3D printer, and whenever i run a motion test the bed keeps pushing (hitting) the nozzle and i cant figure why (i also get an errr 0999 notification when this happens). The sensor for the bed seems to be working fine since the bed stops when going on parking potition, i guessed it has to be some kind of software setting error but i cant find anyway to make an update on the printer firmware or run a hardreset on the printer. If anyone know or encountered this error before please help.
