I am new to 3D printing and am trying to develop and print a 3D Cylindrical Water Bottle Lighhouse that fits in a car coffee cup holder or a bike water bottle holder. Would you know how I would go about developing my design? Thank you for your time.

What are your goals? Do you want to learn modeling, i.e. design the model? Do you have a 3D printer? Do you want to print this yourself?
Right up front, there could be a challenge in printing a water-tight bottle with a typical food-safe filament (clear PETG) using popular 3D printer tech. Perhaps another contributor can comment on this aspect.
