Illustrator help wanted, simple stroke lines needed

I am trying to get buttons laser cut & etched in acrylic.

Ponoko says I need to have ‘strokes’ lines added in my vector diagram for them to cut.

I don’t own Adobe Illustrator so I can’t put these in.
