The major objective is to get to the highest-numbered cupcake tile, which is usually"2048," or any other predefined destination. This is accomplished by carefully combining cupcakes in the same quantity.
When there are no more legal moves—that is, no empty spaces or cupcakes that can combine—the game is declared over.
