in my uploads it says

but it didnt upload my latest designs from thingiverse. it doesnt look like it even tried to upload anything.

It means your initial upload is now complete (your designs from prior to Pinshape, to when you first ran the importer). I know your importer was stuck, so now it just means that import was complete.
The Thingiverse importer runs daily so it’ll take an extra day for you to see your Thingiverse design transfer over. I see you uploaded the Easy Shredder 14 hours ago, so it should show up by tomorrow on Pinshape!
