I am looking for someone that wants to design some wheels for me to print I am not very good at the design process and would like to see if i could get some help with that as well

i am design roller skate wheels and i want to model them after a certain kind, i am not sure how to but i have read you can scan into a 3d model i would need the cad file for maufacturing
