i have a design that has been purchased by a handful of people. Unfortunately, I have discovered some variation in the manufacturing of the item this part is for. As a result, I have revised my design to address the issue and have reuploaded the STL file.
Is there any way to contact those who have already purchased the part to let them know of the changes so they can download the correct item? I have tried to click on the buyer’s name, but that only takes me to their Pinshape profile where there seems to be no option for communication.
