Please recommend a 3D printer for micro-size printing

Hi guys, for my lab requirement, I need to print a microsize structure on the glass slide. What I want to print, like two bridges crossed over without connection, has a tiny size, about 200um width and 600,1000um height.
I have tried this at campus, using Ultimaker 2 and Form 2. Unfortunately, this structure could not be printed for its tiny size.
So, you expert guys, who can tell me how to make it in any way, with any 3D printer?
Thanks!!

You are going to have to go down the liquid resin type printer path to get such accuracy and size.
